Q: Is there an option to pay Cash on Delivery?
A: No. Unfortunately, TheBestCovers does not do Cash On Delivery.

A: We ship all over the world.

Q: I want to place a custom order, how does it work?
A: Fill out the “Custom Orders Form” and describe your idea in as much detail as possible, after we work with you on your design, we will give you a quote and a link to purchase the product.
We will paint your shoes and your item(s) will be dispatched to the express courier branch by TheBestCovers between 5-7 working days after receipt of payment for the order. You will then receive an email with the shipping and tracking information of your parcel.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: We use FedEx International Economy® (3-5 working days), and International Express Mail Service (EMS) (5-12 working days).

Q: What happens if I order the wrong size?
A: Don’t worry, we accept Returns & Refunds, but you will be responsible for all collection, transportation and delivery costs of your returned parcel as well as the corrected item(s). Q: I have never worn a pair of Converse shoes, what size do you suggest?
A: We highly recommend that you try on a pair of Converse shoes before placing your order.
